Jewellery (excluding personalised and earrings) can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with a £5 returns fee deducted from refunds. Sale items are eligible for exchange only, and cannot be returned for a refund.
For exchanges, include your order number, a note stating it’s an exchange, and the item you would like. Shipping fees & gift wrap are non-refundable.
Faulty engraved items are returnable. Free gifts with purchase must be returned, or their value will be deducted.
