Jewellery (excluding personalised items and earrings) can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with a £5.00 returns fee deducted from refunds. Refunds are processed within 7 working days; shipping fees and gift wrap are non-refundable. Faulty engraved items are returnable. Free gifts with purchase must be returned, or their value will be deducted. For exchanges, include your order number, a note stating it’s an exchange, and the item you would like.
